Paint shop

Painting plays an essential role in protecting metal and concrete structures in grain silos and warehouses. This process not only improves the visual appearance of the facilities, but also provides a protective barrier against corrosion and deterioration.

PASUL 1

Surface preparation

The surface is cleaned by mechanical brushing or sandblasting, in accordance with ISO 8501 and 12944, to remove rust, old paint layers and impurities. This ensures optimum adhesion of new paint coats.

PASUL 2

Application of paint systems

Epoxy and high-solids polyurethane paints are used, offering increased protection against corrosive conditions. The paint is applied with hydraulic airless pumps, ensuring uniform coverage of metal surfaces even at heights up to 60 meters.

PASUL 3

Washing/Cleaning

Before the paints are applied, the surfaces are cleaned with high-pressure water jets of up to 500 bar to remove dirt and debris from the structures.

PASUL 4

Elastomeric coatings

They are used for anti-carbonating concrete, preventing cracking and prolonging the durability of the structure.

PASUL 5

Frosio level 3

We have a level 3 Frosio inspector who ensures that all stages of painting and protection comply with international quality and durability standards.
